Section 143 of the Constitution of Urabba Parks sets out the position of Urabba Parks on relationships with other entities.

Compiled text (Section 143 - Relationships with other entities)

(1)    Communities expect organisations to only enter into relationships or remain in relationships with other parties where such relationship does not undermine the principles of the organisation.

(2)    It is the responsibility of Urabba Parks and each entity to, when entering or reviewing a relationship with another party, that the relationship will not cause it to breach its responsibilities provided for in this Part.

Subsection (1) declares that communities expect organisations to only enter into relationships or remain in relationships with other parties where such relationship does not undermine the principles of the organisation.
