Section 2 of the Constitution of Urabba Parks

Section 2 of the Constitution of Urabba Parks says that there shall be a Manager-General of Urabba Parks to represent the Enactor in Urabba Parks at corporate/national level. The functions and roles of the Manager-General include appointing ambassadors, ministers and judges, giving enactorial assent to legislation, issuing writs for elections and bestowing honours. The Manager-General is President of the Proprietary Council, and Commander-in-Chief of the Urabbaparcensian Defence Force. All these things are done and all these posts are held under the authority of the Urabbaparcensian Constitution.
Compiled text (Section 2 - Manager-General)
A Manager-General appointed by the Enactor shall be Mister Enactor’s representative in Urabba Parks, and shall have and may exercise in Urabba Parks during the Enactor’s pleasure, but subject to this Constitution, such powers and functions of the Enactor as Mister Enactor may be pleased to assign to the Manager‑General.
