Section 30 of the Constitution of Urabba Parks provides for the qualification for electors for the House of Ordinaries.
Compiled text (Section 30 - Qualification of electors)
(1) Subject to section (2), an ordinary member of Urabba Parks may vote in elections for members of the House of Ordinaries.
(2) A member of Urabba Parks may only vote in an election for members of the House of Ordinaries if the member and each person acting on behalf of the member in relation to the election is enrolled as an elector under subsection (3) or enrolled as a corporate voter under subsection (4).
(3) A Urabbaparcensian Associate of the full age of 18 years who may enrol as an elector under subsection 31(2) is eligible to enrol as an elector under this subsection unless the Associate is:
- (a) a foundational member or person holding foundational membership jointly with others; or
- (b) an elector acting for:
- (i) a foundational member;
- (ii) a person holding foundational membership jointly with others; or
- (iii) a person in the same foundation or control group as a person falling in subparagraphs (i) or (ii).
(4) A company may enrol as a corporate voter that may enrol as an elector under subsection 31(2) is eligible to enrol as an elector under this subsection unless the company is:
- (a) a foundational member or person holding foundational membership jointly with others; or
- (b) in the same foundation or control group as a foundational member or person holding foundational membership jointly with others.
(5) The Parliament may make laws as it deems necessary or expedient for or with respect to enrolment for and voting at elections for the House.
Note: Any right to vote or enrol shall be subject to compliance with any law relating to enrolment for and voting at internal proceedings: see subsection 31(7).

126. This section provides that each ordinary members of Urabba Parks may elect members of the House of Ordinaries, provided the member and each person acting on behalf of the member (such as a proxy or corporate representative):
- (A) is a Urabbaparcensian Associate;
- (B) aged 18 years or over;
- (C) eligible to vote under section 31; and
- (D) who is not a foundational member or acting on behalf of one;
- (E) is enrolled as an elector subject to laws made by the Corporate Parliament.
