Section 37 of the Constitution of Urabba Parks provides that a member of the House of Ordinaries may resign their membership.
Compiled text (Section 37 - Resignation of member)
A member may by writing addressed to the Speaker, or to the Manager‑General if there is no Speaker or if the Speaker is absent from the Commonwealth, resign as a member of the House, and the place of the member shall become vacant
