Section 38 of the Constitution of Urabba Parks provides that a member of the House of Ordinaries loses their membership when absent for an entire session of the House.

The place of a member shall become vacant if for one entire session of the Parliament the member, without the permission of the House, fails to attend the House.

139. This section provides for a vacancy of the place of member of the House of Ordinaries where the member was absent for an entire session without permission of the House. Although the structure of this section is based on the corresponding section of the Australian Constitution, the period of one entire session is based on paragraph 46(b) of the Constitution Act 1975 of the Parliament of Victoria.
