Section 6 of Schedule 2 of the Constitution of Urabba Parks
Compiled text (Section 6 - Visitational matter)
(1) Visitational matter may fall in or under entrenchment item 4.
(2) In this section, visitational matter includes the following:
- (a) the objects of Urabba Parks;
- (b) the power to visit Urabba Parks, and any limitation or condition on such power;
- (c) the rules of proceeding of visitation, or a body charged under this Constitution with the execution and maintenance of the provisions of this Constitution relating to visitations;
- (d) any law that:
- (i) does not create any offence or any legal right or give rise to any civil cause of action; and
- (ii) does not affect in any way the interpretation of any law, except for laws dealing with visitational matter.

362. Subsection (1) provides that visitational matter may fall in or under entrenchment item 4. Subsection (2) provides that visitational matter includes the objects of Urabba Parks, the power to visit Urabba Parks, and any limitation or condition on such power, the rules of proceeding of visitation, or a body charged under this Constitution with the execution and maintenance of the provisions of this Constitution relating to visitations and any law that does not create any offence or any legal right or give rise to any civil cause of action and does not affect in any way the interpretation of any law, except for laws dealing with visitational matter.
