Section 81 of the Constitution of Urabba Parks establishes the Consolidated Revenue Fund, where all government revenues are to be deposited.
Compiled text (Section 81 - Consolidated Revenue Fund)
All revenues or moneys raised or received by the Executive Government of Urabba Parks shall form one Consolidated Revenue Fund, to be appropriated for the purposes of Urabba Parks in the manner and subject to the charges and liabilities imposed by this Constitution.
